Make Ada act in Salesforce — safely

Ada handles the conversation. Upware carries the action into Salesforce — governed, attributable, and auditable — so every case update and opportunity stage change meets SOX requirements without manual handoff.

The gap

Ada stops at the Salesforce boundary

Ada resolves and deflects, but the system-of-record action behind a resolution needs governed, auditable execution it doesn't provide.

In practice

From resolved chat to closed case, automatically

A customer contacts support through Ada about a billing dispute on their enterprise account. Ada confirms their identity, walks through the issue, and reaches a resolution — but writing back to Salesforce requires touching a SOX-relevant revenue object. Upware's on-prem bridge intercepts that action, checks it against the defined policy for case closure and activity logging, then replays the exact sequence: updates the case status, logs the call outcome with a timestamped note, and advances the opportunity record — no API scripting required, because Upware learned the workflow by recording it. Every field write is tied to the originating conversation, bounded by RBAC, and captured in a full audit trail that your compliance team can actually query.

The harness

AI to learn. Deterministic to execute.

Upware learns the process once and encodes it as a mostly-deterministic workflow: system interactions replay exactly, and any LLM steps are wrapped in policy, verification, and audit — so execution stays governed and drift-proof.

O
Observe & Learn
Records the real workflow once, across every system it touches.
G
Generate
Builds the API, data flow, and logic automatically — no integration project.
E
Encapsulate
Wraps it as a governed AI skill over secure MCP or API.
R
Run
Executes deterministically — RBAC, audit, and scale built in.
FAQ

Common questions

Ada already has a Salesforce integration. Why bring Upware into the picture?
Native connectors expose APIs but don't govern what an agent does with them. Upware sits between Ada and Salesforce as a policy enforcement layer: every action is bounded by RBAC, verified before execution, and written to an audit trail. For SOX-relevant objects like revenue and forecast records, that attributability isn't optional — it's what makes the automation auditable rather than just fast.
Our Salesforce instance has custom objects and legacy Flows we can't expose via API. Does that block this?
No. Upware learns workflows by recording desktop sessions — UI events, web requests, screen state — not by consuming an API. If your team can perform the action manually in Salesforce, Upware can learn it, encapsulate it as a governed AI skill, and let Ada trigger it deterministically. Custom objects and approved Flows are included, not worked around.
How do we ensure Ada isn't writing to Salesforce outside approved boundaries — especially for revenue-sensitive fields?
Each action Ada can trigger through Upware is an explicit, pre-approved skill with its own policy definition: which fields it can touch, under what conditions, and with which user context. Upware's RBAC layer enforces these bounds at runtime. Ada can't drift outside them, and every execution — successful or blocked — lands in the audit trail with the originating conversation ID attached.
