Common questions

Fin already has some HubSpot integration. Why would we need Upware on top of that?
Native connectors handle the simple read cases — looking up a contact, pulling a deal name into a conversation. Upware handles write actions that need to be governed: creating or updating records with RBAC controls, logging activities under a policy, and producing an immutable audit trail. If your compliance team needs to know who authorized a contact update and exactly what changed, the native integration won't give you that.
We have legacy internal systems that feed HubSpot. Can Upware still connect them if they have no API?
