Make Salesforce Agentforce act in Internal CRM — safely

Agentforce reasons over your Salesforce data and drafts the right action — Upware carries it out inside your homegrown CRM, governed and audited, without a single API to build.

The gap

Salesforce Agentforce stops at the Internal CRM boundary

Agentforce is strongest inside Salesforce. The moment a process crosses into billing, ERP, or a legacy system it doesn't own, it needs a governed path to act there.

Three ways to close it

In practice

Closing a case across two worlds

A renewal ops agent in Agentforce flags that a key account has an unresolved support ticket blocking signature. It knows what needs to happen — post a resolution note, update the account status, and move the record to the next stage — but that work lives in a decade-old internal CRM with no API, no vendor, and no integration roadmap. Upware learned that system by recording how your team actually uses it: screens, clicks, and the hidden web requests underneath. When Agentforce hands off the action, Upware's on-prem bridge replays it exactly — opening the right record, applying the update, and posting the note — all under the RBAC policy and with a full audit trail attached. The agent closes the loop in Salesforce. The internal system reflects reality. Compliance has a complete record, even though the system itself never offered one.

The harness

AI to learn. Deterministic to execute.

Upware learns the process once and encodes it as a mostly-deterministic workflow: system interactions replay exactly, and any LLM steps are wrapped in policy, verification, and audit — so execution stays governed and drift-proof.

O
Observe & Learn
Records the real workflow once, across every system it touches.
G
Generate
Builds the API, data flow, and logic automatically — no integration project.
E
Encapsulate
Wraps it as a governed AI skill over secure MCP or API.
R
Run
Executes deterministically — RBAC, audit, and scale built in.
FAQ

Common questions

Our internal CRM has no API and no vendor support. Can Upware actually work with it?
That is exactly what Upware is built for. It learns your system by observing how people use it — recording UI events, screen state, and underlying web requests — then replays those actions deterministically. There is nothing to install on the CRM side and no API contract to negotiate. If a person can do it on screen, Upware can execute it.
How does governance work when the internal system itself has no audit log?
Upware adds the governance layer regardless of what the underlying system provides. Every action an agent triggers is logged by Upware — what was requested, what policy permitted it, what was executed, and when. RBAC controls which agents and users can trigger which actions. The audit trail lives in Upware's infrastructure, so your compliance posture does not depend on what the legacy system tracks.
Does Agentforce stay in control, or does Upware replace it for part of the process?
Agentforce remains the reasoning layer throughout. It decides what to do based on Salesforce data, then calls Upware as the execution layer for any action that crosses into systems Agentforce cannot reach directly. Upware handles the internal CRM interaction and returns a structured result. The two products stay in their respective lanes — reasoning on one side, governed cross-system execution on the other.
