Make Salesforce Agentforce act in Stripe — safely

Agentforce reasons over the case, Upware carries the action into Stripe — every refund, credit, and adjustment governed by policy, verified, and written to the audit trail before a dollar moves.

The gap

Salesforce Agentforce stops at the Stripe boundary

Agentforce is strongest inside Salesforce. The moment a process crosses into billing, ERP, or a legacy system it doesn't own, it needs a governed path to act there.

A Refund That Closes Itself

A CS agent in Salesforce flags a billing dispute on a $4,200 enterprise subscription. Agentforce reviews the account history, confirms the overpayment, and initiates a credit — but issuing the refund means crossing into Stripe, a system Agentforce doesn't own. Upware intercepts that intent, checks it against the policy limit for single-approval refunds ($2,500), routes the remainder through the configured dual-control step, and replays the exact Stripe actions deterministically. The refund posts, the matching finance entry follows, and the full sequence lands in the audit trail. The rep sees it resolved; the CFO sees it documented.

The harness

AI to learn. Deterministic to execute.

Upware learns the process once and encodes it as a mostly-deterministic workflow: system interactions replay exactly, and any LLM steps are wrapped in policy, verification, and audit — so execution stays governed and drift-proof.

O
Observe & Learn
Records the real workflow once, across every system it touches.
G
Generate
Builds the API, data flow, and logic automatically — no integration project.
E
Encapsulate
Wraps it as a governed AI skill over secure MCP or API.
R
Run
Executes deterministically — RBAC, audit, and scale built in.
FAQ

Common questions

Agentforce already has Stripe integrations listed. Why do we need Upware on top of that?
Native connectors give you read access and basic writes, but they don't enforce the policy layer that finance and compliance require. Upware wraps every Stripe action in RBAC, configurable approval thresholds, and a tamper-evident audit trail. When a refund or account-level adjustment has a dollar limit or a dual-control requirement, Upware is what enforces it — not a prompt, not a hope.
Our Stripe environment sits inside our private network. Can Upware reach it without opening inbound firewall rules?
Yes. Upware's on-prem bridge runs inside your network and connects outbound-only to the Upware cloud layer. Nothing inbound is required. Agentforce never touches your Stripe environment directly — it passes intent to Upware, which executes on-premises with your credentials and your controls in place.
How does Upware learn the Stripe actions? Do we have to write integration code?
No code required. Upware records a human performing the workflow — in Stripe's UI, in an internal finance tool, or across both — and generates the integration from that recording. If Stripe exposes an API for a given action, Upware uses it; if a step only exists in the UI, Upware replays it at the screen level. Either way, the resulting AI skill behaves identically every run.
